Job description
QUALIFICATIONS:
- Bachelor’s degree in Communication/ Marketing / Business related course
- Must have excellent communication skills both written and verbal
- Must be proficient with use of MS office
- With creative and unique marketing skills
- Available to work in Makati
DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Monthly online analysis of competitor activities in relation to product and services development, promotion, pricing and tie – ups.
- Quarterly analysis of industries such as chapel operations, crematory operations, columbarium, etc.
- Looking for tie-ups or product bundling with funeral firms.
- Searching and recommending the best channel for local advertising that would reach the clients.
- Generating leads and immediate sales through participation in trade shows and local events.
- Ensure that the supplies and the content of each marketing materials are up to date, relevant and available vis-à-vis usage of the branch.
- Marketing of the business. Ensure the promotion and business generation of the branches.
- Coordinate with branch marketing officers in terms of localized projects and concerns.
- Creates sales-related promo and memorandum.
- Participate in planning and executing branch events in relation to crypts and chapels.
- Trimestral business partner visitation.
- Coordinate with Engineering team with regards to crypt development, crypt classification and crypt pricing.
- Assist requests and inquiries of the sister company, Eternal Plans, Inc.
- Consolidate and prepare reports for VP for Sales & Marketing during board meeting.
