·        Monthly analysis of competitor’s activities in relation to park development, promotion, pricing and tie-ups.

·        Quarterly analysis of industries such as chapel operations, crematory operations, columbarium etc.

·        Quarterly analysis of sales people from different industries in the region, what they look for, what they go for, what they receive from other sales driven organizations.

·        Assist the Branch Manager in the recruitment of new GSAs.

·        Initiating corporate sales – company to company, presenting Eternal Gardens’ products as either investment for the client company or an employee benefit.

·        Looking for tie-ups of product bundling with real estate companies, funeral homes, any type of tie-up that would make business sense.

·        Searching and recommending the best channel for local advertising based on market reach and parallel with the market of Eternal Gardens.

·        With the purpose of generating leads and immediate sales through participation in trade shows and local festival events.

·        Ensure that all signages and tarpaulins are up to date, relevant and in place.

·        Group presentations (as requested by a GSA but limited to large presentation involving at least 15 people.

·        Special interment package (management of the whole proceedings for the day, including but not limited to hosting the event).

·        Ensure that the awards night is truly inviting to our agency force.

·        Ensure that the supplies and the content of each material are up to date, relevant and available vis-a-vis usage of the branch.

·        Other tasks that may be assigned as needed.
