·        Monitors all materials/equipment of the park office.

·        Make requisitions of supplies, materials and equipment.

·        In-charge/follow-up materials needed as requested.

·        Checks/inspects deliveries of materials.

·        Canvas materials if necessary.

·        Monitors materials to be used in construction.

·        Monitors materials to be used in construction.

·        Receives/disburse construction materials needed in operations/constructions.

·        Maintains an updated stock card and record of supplies.

·        Prepares regular MDF report and documents of inventory.

·        In-charge of safekeeping park equipment. Control/monitor issuance and usage of same.

·        Delivers/pick up materials from branch suppliers.

·        Ensure cleanliness, orderliness of equipment, tools as well as the whole of warehouse.
