·        Prepares gate pass for other paraphernalia needed during exhibits such as: Chairs, tables, streamers including flyers and brochures

·        Assist Sales Supervisor in the ingress and egress of display vehicles

·        Collate receipts of expenses incurred during displays

·        Prepare Dealer Subsidy Evaluation Form and attach pictures and receipts for submission to IPC.

·        Preparation of requirements for bidding purposes.
