·        Responsible of daily recording/monitoring of different jobs perform in shop.

·        Monitors in job requested in the repair order has been performed.

·        Distributes job to service shop technicians and monitor completion within standard labor time/category.

·        Monitor shop's Work in Progress (WIP) units.

·        Oversee repair time to meet promised schedule of unit release.

·        Keeps track of daily units received, units released, and units not completed.

·        Monitor and review technician's efficiency and productivity.

·        Prepares Daily Receiving Report, Monthly UR, Technicians Efficiency and Productivity report, Outside UR monitoring, Fleet UR and the likes. 

·        Conducts 5S in own workplace.

·        Considers feasibility of overtime.

·        Performs other tasks that may be assigned.
