·        Assist in the conceptualization of the advertisements and other campaigns for Sandari and Club Ananda

·        Creation of layouts and designs of all online and offline marketing collaterals

·        Oversee the production and coordinate with third-party suppliers on the production of all marketing collaterals

·        Maintain the account in mailchimp for email marketing campaigns

·        Assist in marketing and sales events of the company as well as in the photo and video shoots organized for the collaterals

·        Work with the Communications Specialist in finalizing the marketing materials requested

·        Prepares weekly reports to the Marketing and Communications Manager

·        Assists in the planning and conceptualization of events, advertisements and other marketing programs of the company

·        Coordinate, supervise and handles arrangements of exhibits, and sales & marketing events

·        Ensures proper maintenance of all exhibit modules & materials and determine areas of improvement on exhibits

·        Work with Club Ananda in coordinating with its wedding partners for updates and partnerships

·        Update the clients database of Club Ananda

·        Perform other related tasks that may be assigned
