·        Responsible for research works, tracing old titles, approved plans, survey returns.

·        Responsible for boundary survey, road survey - establishing road center line, road profiling, establishing road evaluation, canal/drainage elevation and water elevation.

·        Responsible for layout of Site Development Plan.

·        Make sound judgment and decision making in addressing various concerns of the department.
